For over 20 years chef Michael Potters worked at some of Toronto's finest restaurants before deciding to relocate with his wife and young daughter to Prince Edward County in 2003. Moving to the country provided Michael with a deeper connection to the land and the seasons and today he is renowned for his “County Cuisine.”
